Thank heavens, woke this morning and the southerly had hit. It is such a relief from yesterday's oppressive heat. Still quite warm but at least there is a bit of a breeze.
Paul has gone off to the car races at Homebush with a friend. Chris is still on his pre-wedding course with Alicia and Clayton has gone to golf. So just me and Ash at home.
I am getting out into the front garden. It has started to look a mess again. So I did a bit of wedding and then planted some heritage daisies and lobelia. By this stage it was getting quite warm and I was hot. So enough for today.
Ash was doing her weekly ironing. So I had a shower and then we had some lunch.
Afterwards I started on my Christmas cards.
A good day.
About Me
- Ros
- NSW, Australia
- My family is everything to me - husband and three grown children. Eldest son just married in April 2013. My daughter is also now engaged. I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rusty is my old fellow and we also now have Brea who is a Devil. I love craft. I am into patchwork, painting and just discovered ATC's and tags and now Zentangles. But with no sight in my left eye and limited sight in the other sometimes it can get tiring. I spend way too much time on the computer. But couldn't do without my internet friends.
